A roadside DUI arrest and a posted bond are the start of a file. They do not decide whether the state can prove impairment. TMZ and Us Weekly spell her boyfriend Jeffrey Messervy. The Sun spells him Jeffrey Meservy, and also writes Jeffery and Jeffry in the same story. She told officers the argument was about a route. He told officers it was about her driving after drinking.

TMZ reported on Oct. 14, 2026, that Anna Johnston, of the TLC series "7 Little Johnstons," was arrested in Georgia on Saturday after officers came upon a car parked on the shoulder of a highway. Us Weekly, which said it checked jail records, reported Johnston is 26, that she was booked on a DUI charge on Oct. 10, and that she was released the next day on a $1,563 bond. TMZ reported the same bond and the same next-day release. The Sun credited the booking photograph to the Houston County Sheriff's Office. Us Weekly reported she has not spoken publicly about the arrest and that the magazine asked for comment.

The Sun said it obtained the incident report. It reported the boyfriend, 44, was standing in the rain beside a 2022 Ford Escape she had been driving, on the phone, trying to get a friend to pick up the three people in the car so she would not drive any farther. His cousin was the other passenger. The Sun reported he told officers he was upset because she had been driving them with alcohol in her system, and that the argument is what put the car on the shoulder. Us Weekly printed the same officer's line about the phone call, and spelled the boyfriend Jeffrey Messervy. The Sun spells him Jeffrey Meservy. Later in that story it also calls him Jeffery and Jeffry. TMZ uses Messervy.

Her account and his do not match. The Sun reported she told officers the fight was over a GPS route, with her wanting back roads and him wanting the interstate, and that she said she had not had any alcoholic drinks that night. The Sun reported the cousin told officers that she had taken a shot of an alcoholic drink about an hour earlier. Us Weekly, citing The Ashley's Reality Roundup, which it said had the police report first, reported the cousin's account as a statement that Johnston had the shot. The Sun reported officers wrote that her speech was slurred, that she was slightly unsteady, that a strong smell of alcohol came from the vehicle and then from her, and that a preliminary breath test read 0.139. TMZ reported the same reading and reported that she failed a field sobriety test. The Sun reported Georgia's legal limit is 0.08. It also reported she told the officer she wears glasses, that she has dwarfism, and that her back would affect walking a straight line or standing on one leg. Officers still recorded trouble following a stimulus with her eyes, an incomplete walk-and-turn, and a one-leg stand in which she swayed and put her foot down, The Sun reported.

The boyfriend was arrested on a separate warrant. The Sun reported a check of his license showed a warrant out of Bibb County, and that he remains in the Bibb County Jail on a $47,350 bond, facing 13 counts of misdemeanor forgery. TMZ attributed those forgery counts and that bond figure to The Sun. His custody is not her DUI case. TMZ reported Johnston left "7 Little Johnstons" after season 16 amid a rift with her family. The Sun reported she is estranged from Trent and Amber Johnston and was not on the latest season. A booking and a breath-test number are what the reports contain. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Orlando police arrested Dale Smith Jr. on a second-degree murder charge in Michelle Parker's 2011 disappearance.

Wednesday's arrest is the first charge in a case that sat open for nearly 15 years. A second-degree murder charge is the filing. It is not a finding that Smith killed Parker, and police say her remains have not been recovered. State Attorney Monique Worrell said the charge could still change.

Miami fitness influencer Khuslen Saruultuya was arrested after investigators said he shot an Uber Eats driver.

Attempted felony murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon are charges, not a finding that Saruultuya fired or pistol-whipped the driver. The trafficking counts from the apartment search are a separate accusation. Judge Mindy S. Glazer told him to stop talking about the facts and to hire a criminal defense lawyer. Wednesday's hearing is about whether he stays in jail.

TikTok star Bryce Hall faces a felony domestic-violence charge in Las Vegas. His rep says the claims are false.

An arrest and a charging document are the accusation. They are not a finding that Bryce Hall used force or threats. Felony coercion involving domestic violence and misdemeanor domestic battery each have elements a prosecutor still has to prove. A rep's denial is advocacy, not evidence. The court date is the next step.
