Five, and three, are not the same number. Brett Frost, and Brett James Frost, are not the same name line. Isom Kennedy, and Isom Clinton Kennedy, are not the same name line. Kenneth Dunn, and Kenneth Scott Dunn, are not the same name line. Robert Holdaway, and Robert Chad Holdaway, are not the same name line. Melissa Smith, and Melissa Rene Smith, are not the same name line. Arrested, and accused, are not the same word. An arrest for investigation is not a conviction.

FOX 13, by FOX 13 News, on a page that says posted and last updated and does not print a clock, reported five people were arrested after a search of a Saratoga Springs home turned up a secret drug lab in the crawl space. It reported Friday’s search was part of a long term investigation by the Utah County Sheriff’s Office into the manufacturing and distribution of bath salts. It named Brett Frost, Isom Kennedy, Robert Holdaway, Melissa Smith and Kenneth Dunn, and it said they were all arrested and face charges connected to operating the hidden lab. It printed no ages. KSL, by Joe R. Wirthlin Jr., posted Nov. 7, 2026, at 12:05 p.m., reported three people were arrested during a police raid on a drug lab in a townhome in Saratoga Springs Friday evening. It named Isom Clinton Kennedy, 48, Brett James Frost, 52, and Kenneth Scott Dunn, 51, and it said all three were in the house at the time of the raid. Each was arrested for investigation of a clandestine drug lab offense involving aggravating conduct. Five, and three, are not the same number. Brett Frost, and Brett James Frost, are not the same name line. Isom Kennedy, and Isom Clinton Kennedy, are not the same name line. Kenneth Dunn, and Kenneth Scott Dunn, are not the same name line. Robert Holdaway and Melissa Smith are on FOX 13. They are not in KSL’s three-person list. A home, a townhome, and a house are not the same word, and KSL uses townhome and house. Friday, and Friday evening, are not the same clock. FOX 13 does not print Nov. 6. KSL does not print Nov. 6.

KUTV, by Jonathan May, published Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 4:19 p.m., with no zone on the clock, reported a hidden lab capable of producing synthetic cathinones, also known as bath salts, was found in the crawl space of a Saratoga Springs townhome, according to probable cause statements. It reported five people named in the statements, Isom Clinton Kennedy, Brett Frost, Robert Chad Holdaway, Melissa Rene Smith and Kenneth Scott Dunn, were accused of a first-degree felony offense involving a clandestine drug lab and aggravating conduct. Named, and arrested, are not the same word. Accused of a first-degree felony, face charges connected to operating the hidden lab, and arrested for investigation of a clandestine drug lab offense involving aggravating conduct, are not the same charging line. A first-degree felony is on KUTV. It is not a phrase FOX 13 or KSL print. Aggravating conduct is on KSL and KUTV. It is not on FOX 13. Robert Holdaway, and Robert Chad Holdaway, are not the same name line. Melissa Smith, and Melissa Rene Smith, are not the same name line. KUTV prints Brett Frost, not Brett James Frost, and it does not print ages. KSL’s middle names and ages are not on KUTV. Secret, in FOX 13’s headline, and hidden, in KUTV’s headline, are not the same word. KUTV reported the lab was discovered Nov. 6. Nov. 6, 2026, was a Friday. Friday, on FOX 13 and KSL, and Nov. 6, on KUTV, are not the same date line. KUTV does not print evening.

The glassware is not one phrase. FOX 13, citing the arrest report, quoted “lab equipment such as beakers and other laboratory grade glassware, heating elements, and chemicals.” Laboratory grade has no hyphen on that page. KSL, citing police affidavits, reported beakers, laboratory-grade glassware, heating elements, chemicals and “other equipment necessary” to produce synthetic cathinones, more commonly referred to as bath salts. Laboratory-grade, on KSL, has a hyphen. KUTV reported beakers and other laboratory glassware, heating elements, chemicals and equipment they said could be used to make the drug. Laboratory glassware, and laboratory-grade glassware, are not the same phrase. Other equipment necessary is KSL’s quotation. It is not on FOX 13 or KUTV. Long term, on FOX 13, and long-term, on KSL and KUTV, are not the same spelling. Manufacturing and distribution of bath salts, on FOX 13, a potential drug lab, in KSL’s account of the investigation, and manufacturing and distribution of synthetic cathinones, on KUTV, are not the same target. More commonly referred to, and also known as, are not the same phrase. Crawl space, on FOX 13 and KUTV, and crawlspace, on KSL, are not the same word. An arrest report, booking affidavits, and probable cause statements are not the same document. KSL also says arrest reports for the names and the odor quotation. Arrest report, and arrest reports, are not the same word.

Who was inside is not one sentence. KSL reported the three named people were in the house at the time of the raid. KUTV reported Dunn was inside the home while the lab was operating. It did not print that sentence for the other four names. FOX 13 did not say who was in the crawl space. In the house, and inside the home while the lab was operating, are not the same sentence. KUTV reported the lab was in a townhome community and within 500 feet of other residences. FOX 13 and KSL do not print 500 feet. The odor quotation is not one quotation. FOX 13 reported that when the bath salts were being produced, people would gather inside the home to use the products, which “puts off a toxic and noxious odor that is impossible to miss.” KSL quoted the arrest reports: “While a lab is in production, it puts off a toxic and noxious odor that is impossible to miss,” and, “Individuals present at an active ‘cook’ undeniably know what is occurring.” The products, and a lab in production, are not the same subject of that odor. Undeniably know is on KSL. It is not on FOX 13. KUTV reported people sometimes gathered at a lab during a drug “cook” to use the finished product, and that the process produces a toxic odor that people present would notice. Toxic and noxious, and toxic, are not the same words. Impossible to miss, and would notice, are not the same sentence. Finished product, on KUTV, and the products, on FOX 13, are not the same words. FOX 13 and KSL describe arrests. KUTV describes accusations in probable cause statements. None of that is a conviction. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

WJLA says Judge Neal Kravitz found Jaime Macedo guilty of voluntary manslaughter while armed. NBC4 says he pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Brookland-CUA Metro, and Brookland Metro, and Brookland-Catholic University Metro, are not the same station line. Snapchat messages, and a message, and an urgent message, are not the same account. Cash App, and cash app, and $300 with no app named, are not the same line. Judge Kravitz accepted the plea and found Jaime Macedo guilty of voluntary manslaughter while armed.
