The citation OutKick reviewed is the paper it describes: assault by contact, no arrest, a November court date. It is not a conviction, and it does not decide who started the argument. Bryant's account of a threat, and of an officer pointing a gun at him, is what he told OutKick, which also said footage he provided showed an officer aiming a gun in his direction. OutKick said it asked the City of Southlake for comment and did not report a response.

Fox News OutKick reported Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, that former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant says a police officer aimed a gun at him Sunday in front of his children after a confrontation in Southlake, Texas. OutKick reported the encounter ended with a citation for assault by contact. The outlet reported it reviewed the citation, which lists the location as 2251 E. Southlake Blvd., the same address as Chiloso Mexican Bistro, marks "Arrest: No," and tells Bryant to appear at Southlake Municipal Court on or before Nov. 20 at 5 p.m. OutKick reported footage Bryant provided showed an officer aiming a gun in his direction and showed him on the ground in handcuffs alongside two other men.

Bryant told OutKick the argument started after two drivers cut him off and he told them to drive more carefully, and that he used profanity. He said one of the men, whom he described as a young adult, threatened to shoot him. Asked whether that man drew a weapon, Bryant said, "No, he didn't pull a gun out on me." OutKick reported Bryant said the man began recording on a phone, that Bryant knocked the phone out of his hand, and that Bryant told him to call police. OutKick reported Bryant said a responding officer drew a gun and ordered them to the ground, that his girlfriend then arrived with his two children, and that officers handcuffed the men, questioned them separately, put him in a police vehicle, and released him with the citation. He said the other men were allowed to leave.

"I was really more so concerned about my children ... being on the ground with a gun pointed at me," Bryant told OutKick. He said officers relied on the other man's recording and did not adequately investigate what came before it, including the driving. "I felt like it was very one-sided," he said. OutKick reported he also said an officer told him he had to be "the bigger person," and that he asked police to "Treat everybody fair." OutKick reported he described what he did as self-defense. The outlet reported that, under Texas law, assault by offensive or provocative contact is generally a Class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500, and that the citation does not name a statutory subsection. OutKick reported it had asked the City of Southlake for comment on behalf of the police department. It did not report an answer.

The citation is an allegation Bryant committed assault by contact. It is not a finding that he did, and it is not a finding about what the other driver did or about how the officer used a gun. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A Delaware judge dismissed Candace Owens from the Macrons' defamation suit and left her companies in the case.

Dismissal of the person is not a ruling that the statements were true, and it is not the end of the lawsuit. The companies are still defendants. AFP described the French clock as a three-month rule with a possible one-year extension. The order instead tells the remaining parties to brief which of those two French timelines controls.

Jason Galanis on a news broadcast

Us Weekly identified Savannah Chrisley's fiancé as Jason Galanis, a convicted fraudster who served time at the same Pensacola camp as her father.

Jason Galanis's September 2020 guilty plea is the judgment. Us Weekly and the Daily Mail reported a sentence of more than 15 years and a commutation in March 2025. A commutation cuts what is left of a sentence. The pardons those outlets reported for Todd and Julie Chrisley are a different form of clemency. The pregnancy announcement does not reopen the fraud case, and neither outlet reported that the two men met inside the Pensacola camp.

Antoine de Massy, a cousin of Prince Albert II, was found dead in a Monaco garden.

The communique France 3 printed does not mention a nightclub and does not give the man a nationality. The Daily Mail, citing AFP, said de Massy was last seen staggering out of a nightclub early Sunday. L'Est Républicain, citing Monaco-Matin, reported that account and wrote that the prosecutor declined to comment on it. Monaco-Matin placed the body behind Villa Sauber. The Daily Mail placed it behind the New National Museum. The prosecutor's line is a park below the boulevard. He has not named a charge. The cause of death is what the investigation was opened to determine.
