Holmes's supervised release bars contact with 14 investor victims. Those terms are not a new verdict.

Supervised-release conditions and a no-contact order are post-conviction supervision terms. They are not a new trial verdict. Court documents obtained by TMZ require Elizabeth Holmes, the former Theranos CEO, to have no contact with the 14 investor victims of her fraud, reported at more than $452 million, unless a probation officer directs otherwise. Restitution figures and halfway-house timing in that paperwork are as reported, and they are not a new finding of guilt.

The special conditions of supervised release also require restitution payments, including $40 million to Walgreens and more than $14 million to Safeway. A probation officer is to have access to financial records, tax returns, and credit checks. The conditions include a mental health treatment program, DNA collection, and searches of her residence, office, vehicle, and property. Those are the supervision terms in the release paperwork TMZ obtained on Sept. 25, 2026. They do not reopen the case.

The Bureau of Prisons release date is reported as Feb. 22, 2030. Victims received notice of an Aug. 23, 2027 transfer to the Austin Transitional Center in Del Valle, a halfway house near Austin, after FPC Bryan. ABC reporter Rebecca Jarvis is the source of that notice, as TMZ reported it. Holmes was convicted of three counts of wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud against Theranos investors. She was incarcerated at FPC Bryan in May 2023. She was initially sentenced to more than 11 years, and a judge shaved a year in March. That is already reported sentence history. It is not a new term.
