An aggravated-robbery arrest after a pursuit is an accusation. It is not a conviction. Franklin police say the meetup was supposed to be a jewelry sale and became a robbery at the door. What was taken, and who did what inside the house, is still the department's account.
WSMV reported that Franklin officers responded shortly after 11 p.m. Friday to a northeast Franklin home and determined the robbery was connected to jewelry advertised on Facebook Marketplace. WKRN reported the same timeline and the same connection. Police said the suspects left before officers arrived, were located a short time later, and were taken into custody after a vehicle pursuit. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office assisted, both stations reported.
Police identified the three as Ivan Lagos-Espinoza, 22, of Nashville; Jose Paiz-Godoy, 23, of Nashville; and Rubel Rodriguez-Lisa, 19, of Lebanon. WSMV and WKRN reported that each is charged with aggravated robbery, felony evading, and tampering with evidence, along with other offenses. Fox News, citing the Franklin Police Department, reported the same names, ages, and charges. The investigation was still open when those reports ran.
A chase that ends in three bookings is process. It does not sort out who was armed, what happened at the door, or whether the tampering count will survive a preliminary hearing. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

An aggravated-kidnapping booking is an accusation. It is not a conviction. The arrest report says a woman told officers she drove because she feared for her life. That statement is the state's account of the ride. It has not been tested in court.

A Bettendorf credit union employee is charged with taking $28,326.28 from customer accounts, most of them belonging to people who had died.
A theft filing built from account records is an accusation. It is not a finding that every dollar in the complaint moved the way police describe. KWQC reported that one account lost $21,279.51 and that the total across seven accounts was $28,326.28, six of them belonging to people who had died. Those figures are what the charging papers claim.
