Attempted felony murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon are charges, not a finding that Saruultuya fired or pistol-whipped the driver. The trafficking counts from the apartment search are a separate accusation. Judge Mindy S. Glazer told him to stop talking about the facts and to hire a criminal defense lawyer. Wednesday's hearing is about whether he stays in jail.

TMZ reported Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026, that Khuslen Saruultuya, a Miami fitness influencer who goes by Khuslen Khan and has close to 18,000 Instagram followers, was arrested on an attempted felony murder charge. WSVN reported he is 33, that deputies took him into custody Monday evening, Oct. 12, at his Southwest Miami-Dade apartment, and that he appeared Tuesday, Oct. 13, before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Mindy S. Glazer. She told him he was arrested in two cases, one of them attempted felony murder, WSVN reported. An arrest and a first appearance are the start of the case.

WSVN, citing the arrest report, reported that an Uber Eats driver delivering food early Monday to an apartment complex near Dadeland Mall briefly spoke with a woman outside the lobby. About 50 minutes later he came back hoping to get her phone number. Investigators say Saruultuya, identified as the woman's boyfriend, pulled up in a gray Corvette, pointed a gun, and ordered the driver to the ground. WSVN reported the arrest report says he fired a shot that grazed the driver's right buttock, then struck the driver in the back of the head with the gun, leaving a 2-inch wound, and said, "I am going to kill you." The station reported the woman yelled, "Babe, please stop!" as Saruultuya allegedly chased the driver around the Corvette while still pointing the gun. The driver got away and drove himself to South Miami Hospital, WSVN reported.

WSVN reported a search of the apartment turned up suspected cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, hundreds of prescription pills, about $11,394 in cash, and a room investigators said was being used to mix, portion, and package drugs. In court, Judge Glazer read trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in ecstasy, and possession with intent to sell Adderall. Saruultuya said, "Those are my prescriptions." Glazer told him, "Sir, don't talk about the facts," and told him to hire a criminal defense lawyer, WSVN reported. TMZ reported a hearing is set for Wednesday to decide whether he will be granted bail. WSVN reported he remains at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and is due back Wednesday, Oct. 14, for a judge to decide whether he stays in jail until trial. WSVN, citing KeysNews, also reported a 2023 trafficking arrest after a stop on U.S. 1 near mile marker 62. That earlier arrest is not a finding in this case. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Bryce Hall

TikTok star Bryce Hall faces a felony domestic-violence charge in Las Vegas. His rep says the claims are false.

An arrest and a charging document are the accusation. They are not a finding that Bryce Hall used force or threats. Felony coercion involving domestic violence and misdemeanor domestic battery each have elements a prosecutor still has to prove. A rep's denial is advocacy, not evidence. The court date is the next step.

Sean Combs was taken from Fort Dix by ambulance early Saturday for a head injury.

A medical trip out of a federal prison is custody and health care. It is not a new charge and it does not change the 50-month sentence. Sean "Diddy" Combs is already serving that term on two prostitution-transportation counts. TMZ's sources said the head injury was not life-threatening because he was conscious and speaking on the way back. How he was hurt is still not established.
