Phoenix police booked Liberty Dawn Still and Michael Gregory Wall after a car crashed through a Scottsdale Airport gate and hit an empty plane.
Around 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, officers tried to stop a vehicle they tied to a street-racing investigation. It fled into Scottsdale, backed into a detective's car, went through a locked airport gate, and struck a wall and an unoccupied small plane, ABC15 and FOX 10 Phoenix reported. Still, 33, and Wall, 24, were booked on felony charges the stations have not named. Police said the FBI is investigating the entry into the secured area.

The felonies on the booking sheet still do not have public names, and that is the hole in an otherwise specific police account. A car on an active airfield, a detective's vehicle struck, an empty plane hit, and an FBI look at the secured-area entry are all in the record. None of that is a filed federal case, and none of it is a finding that Still was the driver. azfamily reported she was. The other stations described what the driver did and named both people afterward.
Liberty Dawn Still, 33, and Michael Gregory Wall, 24, were booked into jail on felony charges after a vehicle Phoenix police tied to a street-racing investigation ended on the grounds of Scottsdale Airport, ABC15, FOX 10 Phoenix, 12News, and azfamily reported. FOX 10 said the exact charges are not known. ABC15 said the two face multiple felony charges. 12News said the charges are numerous and relate to what they did. A booking list without count names is still just a booking.
ABC15, FOX 10, 12News, and azcentral placed the attempted stop at about 11 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17. KTAR put the crash through the gate at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday. azfamily described the same pursuit as beginning around 11 p.m. Friday. Phoenix police said the driver did not stop. FOX 10, quoting Sgt. Chris Berrelleza, said officers did not chase on the ground. An air unit followed the car into Scottsdale, and detectives put a GPS tracker on the rear bumper so they could watch where it went. Police said they tried to stop the car only after it reached a locked security gate at the airport.
At that gate, the accounts say, the driver reversed into a detective's car and then drove forward through the gate. azfamily reported Still was in the driver's seat. ABC15 and FOX 10 said the car reached the runway, hit a wall, and hit a small plane that was unoccupied. 12News said the gate was on the west side, that the car was briefly on the tarmac, and that it crashed into a private hangar and into a plane inside it. azfamily also described a stop inside a private hangar. Scottsdale police helped secure the airport and document the damage, and KTAR reported that airport operations were not affected.
A man and a woman got out and ran toward the tarmac, the stations reported. FOX 10, 12News, and azfamily said officers used a Taser on Wall when he resisted. Both were taken into custody. Phoenix police said the FBI responded to investigate the entry into a secured part of the airport. FOX 10 described that work as an investigation of trespassing on the airport's critical infrastructure. Responding to the scene is not a federal complaint, and no outlet has reported a federal charge. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Little Rock police charged Braxton Flowers with capital murder and first-degree murder in the Circle K shooting that killed two people.
The file now has two murder counts against a man who was also shot, and a not-guilty plea from the twin a detective's letter places in the doorway with a gun. That letter is the state's account of who fired. It does not say which bullet killed Parker and which killed Ladontae Wilburn, and it does not tie the capital count to one death and the first-degree count to the other. No bail is where Flowers sits. It is not a finding that the letter is true.

Beaumont police charged Patrick Brouchet with murder in the shooting death of his ex-girlfriend, Kandace Washington.
The case already has two versions of the same few seconds, and both come from Brouchet. According to the affidavit, he first said he thought someone was breaking in, then said he saw Washington walk in and close the door, argued with her, and that the gun he was holding just went off. Police point to an undamaged door, a key in her possession, no weapon near her, and a wound to the back of her head. Whether the gun was fired knowingly is the question a jury would decide. His remarks on the police steps are not a confession to murder, and police statements are not proof of it.

Massachusetts GOP lieutenant governor candidate Shawn Oliver suspended his campaign after an OUI arrest in New Bedford.
The political consequence came faster than the legal one. Within hours, his own running mate asked him to drop out and said he would seek Oliver's resignation if elected, and Oliver suspended his campaign. The criminal case is four counts, OUI the most serious, and it has not had its first court date. Police have not released a breath or blood test result in the accounts so far. An arrest and a campaign exit are not a finding that he drove impaired.
