Reddington wants a look at the holdout. A motion is not a misconduct finding.
A Monday motion in Plymouth Superior Court asks the court to investigate juror Michael Desronvil, with the questionnaires impounded and no ruling yet. Sept. 29 is still the date, with the charges unresolved, and the motion is not a misconduct finding.

A defense motion to investigate a holdout juror is advocacy and a request for judicial inquiry. It is not a finding of juror misconduct, not a dismissal, and not a verdict. Impounding questionnaires is process. Lindsay Clancy still faces three first-degree murder counts after a mistrial, and the Sept. 29 Plymouth Superior Court date is a calendar entry, not a result.
On Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, defense attorney Kevin Reddington filed a motion for Lindsay Clancy asking Judge William Sullivan, who oversaw the mistrial, to investigate holdout juror Michael Desronvil. The motion claims Desronvil may have inaccurately filled out jury forms or answered voir dire questions. It also asks the judge to examine an alleged domestic-violence history and cellphone use during deliberations, according to a motion obtained by the New Haven Register and reported by the New York Post. Those are requests in a filing. They are not findings that a form was false, that a voir dire answer was inaccurate, that a domestic-violence history exists, or that a phone was used in the jury room. Judge Sullivan has agreed to impound jury information and questionnaires. He has not ruled on the motion.
Reporting describes Desronvil as the sole juror for guilt on the murder counts, with 11 others for not guilty on a postpartum-psychosis theory. A reported split is not a verdict. The first trial already ended in a mistrial, so the charges remain unresolved. Clancy is charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the Jan. 24, 2023 deaths in Duxbury of her children Callan, then 8 months, Cora, 5, and Dawson, 3. Those names and ages are charging facts from reporting. They are not a finding of guilt. She attempted suicide afterward, is paralyzed, and used a wheelchair at trial, as reported. She is due back in Plymouth Superior Court in Massachusetts on Sept. 29. Reddington is expected to seek dismissal. DA Tim Cruz is expected to say whether there will be a retrial. An expectation and a return date are process. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tuscaloosa police charged Daronte Collins with felony murder after a Saturday apartment-complex shooting.
WBRC's jail photo is captioned Daronte Collins and puts both men at 22. The Tuscaloosa Thread, citing Violent Crimes Unit Lt. Michael Hall, spells the charged man Deronte and puts both at 20. Patch and the Calhoun Journal also use Daronte and 20. A felony-murder count, which the Thread and the Journal describe as Alabama's rule when someone dies during a robbery, is not a finding that Collins fired the shot that killed Tyson. The Thread says the 25-year-old has not been charged.

High Point police charged Kymberli Bowden with first-degree murder in her 13-year-old daughter's death.
The Oct. 8 release is a new murder count on a case the department charged in 2025 as felony child abuse and concealment of death. It is not a trial. The murder-charge release says she remains in jail with no bond. WXII reported a violent-offense hold and a $1 million bond on the older counts. The 2025 release listed her age as 44. The murder-charge release, WXII, and FOX 35 Orlando list 45.

Chicago police charged Chevazz Campbell in the stabbing death of CTA janitor Julian Mobley.
A detention hearing is the first court date. It is not a finding that Campbell stabbed anyone. The department's Sunday release says he robbed and fatally stabbed a 41-year-old man in the 2000 block of West Lake Street. ABC7 and CBS Chicago name that man as Julian Mobley and describe a fare dispute that turned into a stabbing. The department's charge list and CBS Chicago's shorter summary do not match count for count.
