Non-life-threatening, on 23ABC, and not believed to be life-threatening, on the Nov. 3 story, are not the same words. The Nov. 3 story says the suspect or suspects were still outstanding, and it says the Kern County Coroner’s Office identified the woman who died as 18-year-old Judisbeth Silva of San Fernando. The Nov. 7 story is the arrest account. The two wounded women are not named. Silva is 18 on both arrest stories. These are accusations. BakersfieldNow says the investigation is ongoing. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
