Aggravated stalking is the count the prosecutor's office put on the arraignment. ClickOnDetroit's account, that police arrested her for violating an injunctive order, is not that count. The next date in the release is a probable-cause conference on Nov. 9, and that conference is not a trial.
The Macomb County Prosecutor's Office posted a release dated October 29, 2026. It said 46-year-old Nicole Gwen Savage, of Trenton, Michigan, was arraigned on a stalking charge related to rapper Eminem. It alleged that on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, she went to a residence owned by Marshall Mathers, professionally known as the rapper Eminem, in violation of an Injunctive Order barring her from contacting him. It said security contacted law enforcement, who took her into custody without incident. It said that on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Magistrate Ryan Zemke arraigned her at the 41B District Court in Clinton Township on a charge of Aggravated Stalking, a five-year felony, and that this is the maximum criminal charge available under the law based upon the evidence presented to date. ClickOnDetroit, in a story by Jenny Sherman published November 1, 2026, at 5:00 a.m., with no time zone printed on the page, reported that she was arraigned Wednesday at that court on one count of aggravated stalking, a five-year felony and the maximum criminal charge available under the law based on the evidence presented, according to the prosecutor's office. FOX 2 Detroit, in a story by David Komer published October 30, 2026, at 10:31 a.m. EDT, reported that a 46-year-old Trenton woman has been charged with stalking rapper Eminem, and that on Wednesday she was arraigned. The backstory on that page prints "She charged with one count of aggravated stalking, a five-year felony," without the word was. FOX 2's brief says she could face up to five years in prison. A five-year felony, the maximum charge available, and up to five years are not the same sentence. A stalking charge, one count of aggravated stalking, and an arrest for violating an injunctive order are not the same description. ClickOnDetroit did not print Magistrate Ryan Zemke. FOX 2 did not print 41B or the magistrate.
Where she was, and what the order is called, are not one account. The release says she went to a residence owned by Mathers. FOX 2 printed that residence sentence, and printed that security contacted law enforcement and that she was taken into custody without incident. ClickOnDetroit reported that police say officers were contacted by Mathers' security team after noticing her outside his Clinton Township home on Tuesday, Oct. 27, and that on arrival police arrested her for violating an earlier injunctive order barring her from contacting him. Went to a residence, and outside the home, are not the same place. Taken into custody without incident, and arrested for violating the order, are not the same action. ClickOnDetroit did not print without incident. The release capitalizes Injunctive Order. ClickOnDetroit and FOX 2 print injunctive order. ClickOnDetroit's headline calls it a no-contact order. A no-contact order and an injunctive order are not the same title on these pages. ClickOnDetroit's lede calls her a Wayne County woman facing stalking charges. The release says of Trenton, Michigan, and a stalking charge. The caption on the ClickOnDetroit page says Nicole Gwen Savage, 46, of Trenton. Wayne County and Trenton are not the same place word. Charges and a charge are not the same number. ClickOnDetroit reported that investigators did not share any details about what incident or incidents prompted the court order. The release and FOX 2 did not print that sentence.
The bond and the next date are in the release. Magistrate Zemke set bond at $250,000 cash or surety only, no ten percent option. She was ordered to have no contact with Marshall Mathers, to possess no weapons, and not to leave the state of Michigan. If she posts bond, she must wear a GPS tether. She is scheduled to appear before Judge Jacob Femminineo, Jr., at the 41B District Court for a probable-cause conference on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. ClickOnDetroit reported the bond as $250,000 cash/surety with no 10%, that she was ordered again to have no contact with Mathers, that the magistrate ordered a GPS tether if she were to post bond, and that she was barred from possessing weapons or leaving the state of Michigan while the case is active. Cash or surety only, and cash/surety, are not the same phrase. No ten percent option, and no 10%, are not the same phrase. If she posts bond, and if she were to post bond, are not the same condition. The release does not print while the case is active, and it does not print the word again. ClickOnDetroit reported the conference at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, and did not print the judge or the year. FOX 2 reported $250,000 cash or surety only, no 10 percent option, no contact with Mathers, no weapons, and an order not to leave the state, with a GPS tether if she posts bond. Not leave the state, and not leave the state of Michigan, are not the same line. FOX 2 prints "Savage's bond at $250,000," with no verb. It said she is scheduled to appear in District Court for a probable-cause conference on Nov. 9. It did not print 8:30 a.m., the judge, or 41B.
The quote is not the same length, and the prosecutor's name is not the same. The release quotes Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido: "Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own home and go about their daily lives without fear of being harassed or stalked. No one is exempt from these protections, regardless of their public profile or celebrity status." FOX 2 printed both sentences and called him Pete Lucido. ClickOnDetroit printed only the first sentence, called him Peter J. Lucido, and said the words were in a news release Thursday. Peter J. Lucido and Pete Lucido are not the same name. The first sentence alone, and both sentences, are not the same quotation. The release page is dated October 29, 2026. ClickOnDetroit did not print that date. No account used here reports a plea. No account used here reports whether Mathers was at the residence. The Nov. 9 conference is the next date the release prints. Aggravated stalking is the charge at the arraignment. It is not a finding that she went to the residence or that she violated an order. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Daily Mail reported Sebastien Bassong was fined £220 after a conviction for dodging a £7 Tube fare.
£220 is the fine. £565 is the bill once the £7 fare, £250 in prosecution costs, and an £88 victim surcharge are added. The conviction is what the court entered on Oct. 30 in a Single Justice Procedure hearing after he did not plead. That hearing is not a trial in open court. The Daily Mail's lead calls what he showed a train driver pass. The officer's statement, in the Mail and in The Independent, calls it a TfL staff nominee pass and an Oystercard.
