The booking photo means he is in Fulton custody, and the counts are charges. Atlanta police have not named the man who was killed. Hypefresh has named Keion Borders and reported that investigators have not described Andrews as the person who fired, which is not a finding in the police statements FOX 5 Atlanta and Atlanta News First published.

Daily Loud published the booking photo on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, after he was extradited from the Detroit area to the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta. He is 25, a DMV rapper known as Nino Paid. FOX 5 Atlanta and Atlanta News First spell his legal name Jacquawn Andrews. Hoodline and Hypefresh have spelled it Jacquan Andrews. Hypefresh reported the same day that he is being held at the Fulton County Jail after extradition from Michigan.

FOX 5 Atlanta, citing the Atlanta Police Department, reported the charges come from a shooting about 4:29 a.m. on April 25, 2026, in the 600 block of Boulevard NE in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward. A 29-year-old man was shot multiple times and later died. Police have not released his name, FOX 5 Atlanta and Atlanta News First reported. Andrews is charged with felony murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault. That is the charging record.

FOX 5 Atlanta and Atlanta News First reported that a co-defendant, Zahair Myles, 29, turned himself in. Myles is charged with felony murder, criminal attempt to commit a felony, armed robbery, and aggravated assault, and he is being held at the Fulton County Jail. His case is his. It is not a finding about Andrews.

FOX 5 Atlanta and Atlanta News First reported that U.S. Border Patrol arrested Andrews on Sept. 1, 2026, as he tried to re-enter the United States from Canada, and that he was held at the Wayne County Jail in Michigan pending extradition. When FOX 5 Atlanta published on Sept. 15, Andrews was still in Michigan. Tuesday's booking photo is the Fulton step after that hold.

Hypefresh named the man who was killed as Keion Borders. Hypefresh also reported that investigators have not described Andrews as the person who fired the shots, and that Ring doorbell footage allegedly placed him at the scene. Hoodline, citing RapHouseTV, reported that police do not believe Andrews was the shooter but allege he was involved, and that investigators cited Ring doorbell footage. FOX 5 Atlanta and Atlanta News First have not published that account. They have not named a victim, and they have not said who fired. A charge is not a finding about what any video shows. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Bryce Hall

TikTok star Bryce Hall faces a felony domestic-violence charge in Las Vegas. His rep says the claims are false.

An arrest and a charging document are the accusation. They are not a finding that Bryce Hall used force or threats. Felony coercion involving domestic violence and misdemeanor domestic battery each have elements a prosecutor still has to prove. A rep's denial is advocacy, not evidence. The court date is the next step.

Sean Combs was taken from Fort Dix by ambulance early Saturday for a head injury.

A medical trip out of a federal prison is custody and health care. It is not a new charge and it does not change the 50-month sentence. Sean "Diddy" Combs is already serving that term on two prostitution-transportation counts. TMZ's sources said the head injury was not life-threatening because he was conscious and speaking on the way back. How he was hurt is still not established.

Selma Blair on a red carpet

A Queens judge arraigned Selma Blair on two counts of second-degree assault and set bail at $20,000 cash.

An arraignment and a bail order are the court event. TMZ says it was unclear whether she entered a plea. Page Six says she pleaded not guilty and was released. Those accounts do not match. Neither one is a finding that she kicked an officer or a nurse. A source told ABC News she was issued a federal violation notice for the flight. That notice is a separate summons from the two state counts. Jan. 19, 2027, is the next state date those outlets reported.
