A sentence after a guilty plea is the end of the trial phase on those counts. Restitution and forfeiture are part of the judgment, not a new accusation. On Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, Rita Ntusa Anagho, 54, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, a licensed nurse practitioner, was sentenced to 14 years in prison for a leadership role in fraudulently billing Arizona Medicaid more than $69 million through Tusa Integrated Clinic, LLC. The May 2025 plea to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and health care fraud is the admission behind that judgment.
The Department of Justice said the scheme billed the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, AHCCCS, more than $69 million in less than one year for addiction treatment therapy. AHCCCS paid Tusa approximately $54.9 million on false or fraudulent claims in the May 2022 to March 2023 period the Department stated. The scheme deliberately targeted AHCCCS patients covered under the American Indian Health Care Program fee-for-service for Native Americans, where reimbursement rates were higher. The Department described false claims for services not provided or not as billed, illegal kickbacks to sober-home owners for referrals, falsified treatment notes, and laundered proceeds. It also said she instructed former employees to create fake medical records when records were subpoenaed. Those are the facts in the Sept. 17 Office of Public Affairs release. Thursday was the sentence. It was not a new charging document.
In May 2025 she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and health care fraud. The court ordered almost $55 million in restitution. It ordered forfeiture of almost $9.5 million in fraud proceeds seized from seven bank accounts she controlled, and almost $7 million in real estate. Restitution and forfeiture are part of the judgment. They are not a new count. The FBI and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General investigated. The Department of Justice Fraud Division and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona prosecuted the case, as the release named them.

Tuscaloosa police charged Daronte Collins with felony murder after a Saturday apartment-complex shooting.
WBRC's jail photo is captioned Daronte Collins and puts both men at 22. The Tuscaloosa Thread, citing Violent Crimes Unit Lt. Michael Hall, spells the charged man Deronte and puts both at 20. Patch and the Calhoun Journal also use Daronte and 20. A felony-murder count, which the Thread and the Journal describe as Alabama's rule when someone dies during a robbery, is not a finding that Collins fired the shot that killed Tyson. The Thread says the 25-year-old has not been charged.

High Point police charged Kymberli Bowden with first-degree murder in her 13-year-old daughter's death.
The Oct. 8 release is a new murder count on a case the department charged in 2025 as felony child abuse and concealment of death. It is not a trial. The murder-charge release says she remains in jail with no bond. WXII reported a violent-offense hold and a $1 million bond on the older counts. The 2025 release listed her age as 44. The murder-charge release, WXII, and FOX 35 Orlando list 45.

Chicago police charged Chevazz Campbell in the stabbing death of CTA janitor Julian Mobley.
A detention hearing is the first court date. It is not a finding that Campbell stabbed anyone. The department's Sunday release says he robbed and fatally stabbed a 41-year-old man in the 2000 block of West Lake Street. ABC7 and CBS Chicago name that man as Julian Mobley and describe a fare dispute that turned into a stabbing. The department's charge list and CBS Chicago's shorter summary do not match count for count.
