A federal prison term after a guilty plea is the court's judgment on the counts he admitted. The U.S. Attorney's Office release says he shot three people, killed two, and seriously injured a third. It does not name them, and it does not give a motive. Thirty years is the term the judge imposed. The release does not say how that term is split among the three counts.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona said Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2026, that U.S. District Judge Susan R. Brnovich sentenced Robert Sean Enos, 19, of Chandler, to 30 years in prison on Oct. 8. The office said Enos pleaded guilty on May 19, 2026, to two counts of second-degree murder and one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. The release gives the case number as CR-26-510-PHX-SMB. A guilty plea on those counts is the admission the sentence sits on. The release does not describe a trial.

The office said that on June 1, 2024, when Enos was 16, he shot three people on the Gila River Indian Community, killing two and seriously injuring another. It said he is an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community. Those two sentences are the release's entire account of the shooting. It does not name the people who were shot. It does not say where on the community the shooting happened, what led up to it, or which count covers which person. The people who were killed and the person who was injured are not named here.

The office said the Gila River Police Department and the FBI Central Arizona Task Force investigated. It said Assistant U.S. Attorneys Raynette Logan and Vinnie Lichvar, in the Phoenix office, handled the prosecution. The release number is 2026-173_Enos. The public record in that release is the plea, the three counts, the date of the shooting, his age then and now, and the 30-year term.

Second-degree murder and assault resulting in serious bodily injury are the federal counts he admitted. The judge's 30-year sentence is the punishment imposed on that plea. The release does not say whether any of the time is concurrent, whether a period of supervised release was added, or whether restitution was ordered. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A Philadelphia federal judge sentenced Jalen Smith to six years in the NCAA point-shaving case.

A federal prison term after a guilty plea is the judgment on those counts. It is the first sentence imposed in a case prosecutors say corrupted more than 29 Division I games. The plea and the Oct. 13 sentence close Smith's case; they do not dispose of the remaining defendants.

The lone holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial says he had no reasonable doubt in his first TV interview.

A juror defending his vote on television is not evidence, and it does not change the legal posture: a hung jury means no verdict, and Clancy remains unconvicted. The fight now is whether Clancy's defense can turn the deliberation-room dispute into a court inquiry, and what a retrial would look like.
