A New York judge issued a no-bail bench warrant for Silvio Scaglia in the Haart divorce.

A bench warrant and a contempt finding are process, and a finding that court orders were disobeyed. They are not a criminal theft conviction after a jury trial, and they are not an arrest already carried out. Page Six reported on Sept. 25, 2026, that New York judge Jeffrey Pearlman issued a no-bail bench warrant for Silvio Scaglia, demanding he be immediately jailed for 14 days, after court papers dated Sept. 22 found him in civil and criminal contempt for knowingly and willfully violating orders he repeatedly failed to obey. Scaglia appears to be living in Italy and has not submitted to U.S. authorities, so the 14 days have not been served.

Court papers dated Sept. 22, as reported, found Silvio Scaglia in both civil and criminal contempt for knowingly and willfully violating court orders, and they record that he repeatedly failed to appear when ordered. Judge Jeffrey Pearlman issued a no-bail bench warrant demanding that he be immediately jailed for 14 days. Page Six reported that Scaglia appears to be living in Italy and has not submitted to U.S. authorities for the alleged contempt. The warrant has been issued. He has not been reported arrested on it, and he has not been reported to have served the 14 days.

The papers claim he broke rules against moving shared assets once the divorce began, by transferring Elite World Group without Julia Haart's permission and by siphoning assets. Pearlman had previously found that Scaglia bought Bentleys, Porsches, and Van Cleef & Arpels jewels with company funds, as previously reported. Scaglia's attorneys have previously denied the transfer allegations. He and representatives did not respond to Page Six requests for comment. Separately, the four-year divorce was finalized with Haart awarded 100 percent of Elite World Group and the Tribeca apartment. That civil judgment is not this warrant.
