Woah Vicky says her mother, Carla Elaine Johnson, has been found after a Miami missing-person report.

TMZ reported Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, that the influencer Woah Vicky posted on X that her mother, Carla Elaine Johnson, 64, had been found, two days after Miami police told the outlet a missing-person report was generated Thursday night, Oct. 8. Vicky, whose legal name is Victoria Rose Waldrip, still has a pending misdemeanor battery charge from a Sept. 25 arrest.

The search is over, by Vicky's account, and police never announced foul play or named a suspect. The misdemeanor battery case against Victoria Rose Waldrip is a separate file. It did not go away when her mother turned up, and that count still has to be proved on its own paperwork in court.

Woah Vicky says her mother is safe. TMZ reported Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, that the influencer wrote on X, "Thank u all for your prayers and calls. We found my mom. I am crying with joy. We got our issues but mom is mom." The post came a couple of days after she told followers she had not heard from her mother, Carla Elaine Johnson, in more than two weeks. TMZ reported it was unclear whether police found Johnson or whether Johnson got in touch with her daughter after seeing her concern online, and that it had reached out to Vicky for more information. Miami police have not announced foul play in the search.

Woah Vicky, whose legal name is Victoria Rose Waldrip, is 26. Earlier in the week, Complex reported, she posted a missing-person poster saying her family had not heard from her mother, Carla Elaine Johnson, 64, in about two weeks. Johnson had traveled by bus from Atlanta to Miami to visit her daughter. Complex reported that Johnson's last known location was the Midtown or Overtown area of Miami, that she is described as slim and wears glasses, and that her phone appeared to be switched off. Miami police told TMZ a missing-person report was generated Thursday night, Oct. 8, and that officers were investigating. A report that someone cannot be reached opens a search. Police did not announce foul play or name a suspect.

Vicky wrote on X, Complex reported: "Recently I went to jail for fighting with my mom in Miami-Dade County. It's been two weeks since I got out. I can't find her anywhere; nobody can, and her phone is turned off. If anyone knows anything or has seen her, please let me know. Her name is Carla Johnson." That post is her account. It is not a police finding about where Johnson is. TMZ said it reached out to Vicky and had no response at publication. Complex noted that Vicky has publicly described a strained relationship with her mother for years.

The jail stay she described is a different case from the search. TMZ confirmed Vicky was arrested Sept. 25, 2026, in Miami on a misdemeanor battery charge after police were called about a woman who said her daughter had assaulted her and she needed help retrieving her belongings. According to the arrest report, as reported by TMZ, the woman said she had been staying with her daughter for five days while visiting and that her daughter put her hands around her neck. Officers noted bruises on the woman's arms, TMZ reported. Vicky told officers there was an argument but denied assaulting her mother. Police did not say that arrest explained why Johnson could not be reached. In Florida, a misdemeanor battery charge accuses someone of an unwanted touch or of causing bodily harm. The arrest report is the accusation as booked. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Page Six says unsealed records from the Lively-Baldoni fight include Ryan Reynolds texts calling Baldoni a "predator and sociopath."

A text message in a court file is proof that someone wrote something. It is not a finding that what he wrote is true. Reynolds was angry in August 2024, and the records Page Six obtained show it. Baldoni has denied Lively's allegations from the start, and no jury ever ruled on them. Page Six reported the case settled in May. What is left now is the paper trail.

LAPD homicide detectives searched Joshua Tree on Friday for evidence in Christina Downer's disappearance.

A search by homicide detectives is a step in an investigation. It is not an arrest, and it is not a finding that anyone killed Christina Downer. Fox News reported the LAPD would not say what evidence detectives hoped to find in Joshua Tree, or whether they were looking for remains or a suspect. NBC Los Angeles reported that dogs were part of the search. Fox News reported a department spokesperson could not confirm the dogs. No one has been named or charged.

LAPD booked Gregory Walker on a felony assault count in the February shooting of 49ers lineman Keion White.

A booking described to a newspaper is the police account of who is in custody and on what count. It is not a criminal complaint the public has seen, and it is not a conviction. The New York Post reported that LAPD officials named Gregory Walker as the suspected gunman in the February shooting of Keion White. The Post did not report a charge against Lil Baby, who was described as the person White argued with before the shots. What a witness told police about two gunshots is an allegation. A jury has not heard it.
